You driver will be waiting for you in the arrivals hall on the Swiss side of the airport. When you exit the baggage reclaim look out for him/her to the left of the yellow Information Desk. He/she will be holding a sign with your name on it. You will receive an SMS two days before your arrival with your driver’s name and number should you need to contact him/her on your arrival.
Yes. We provide both baby and booster seats free of charge. Please let us know of your requirements at the time of your booking. Please note we do not allow you to have your baby on your lap as this is against EU law.
If your flight is delayed,  your driver will wait for one hour after the flight’s scheduled arrival time free of charge. After which there will be a waiting charge of €30 per hour or if the driver is not able to wait alternative transfer arrangements will be made for you. We will not leave you stranded!
Yes, as we only provide private transfers, the pick-up and drop-off points are chosen by you.  If you wish to be met at a location other than the airport please let us know at the time of booking. Please also make sure you provide us with a full address.
We allow one piece of hand luggage, one large bag and one ski bag per person. If you have excess luggage please let us know in advance of your transfer. If you do not declare any excess luggage in advance you may be liable to an excess baggage charge of 30 euros.
We aim to get you to the airport at least two hours before your flight. If you would like to arrive earlier please let us know this at the time of booking. Your pick-up time may be moved earlier if heavy snow or traffic is expected. We will let you know of any changes via SMS.
